The Mallard is the most common duck in USA. It lives from Alaska to Mexico. If you want to feed a Mallard, feed it chopped lettuce, chopped vegetables or birdseed. The male has a bright green head and bright orange legs. The female is muted shades of brown with bright orange legs.

The mallard is leaning forward with its wings raised and beak extended. You can see individual feathers. Personalization is possible with a plaque on the wood base. Since the base is circular, plaque needs to be fairly short so it doesn’t “pop” off – but 3 or 4 lines of text are possible.
