This dog statue features a Labradoodle.
A Labradoodle is a hybrid, a crossbreed, created by crossing a Lab with a Standard or Miniature Poodle. Labradoodles existed in 1955 but have only recently become popular. If the Labradoodle gets its coat of hair from the poodle side, it’s coat can have the same hypoallergenic coat as their poodle ancestors. AKC does NOT recognize this hyprid dog.
At 6 inches, this Labradoodle is small; yet, the statue has the features that make this mixed breed so popular. It is made of resin and has been hand painted. At the moment, this is the only size of Labradoodle statue we have.
