Indian Statue – Ready For War

Ready for War – this Native American is decked out ready for a fight. 

Native Americans had lived in North America for thousands of years before the Mayflower landed and European immigration began. Millions of Native Americans were scattered across North America in hundreds of different tribes. Most fights between the “red men” and “white men” was over land control. 

The land provided the Indian his food and what he wore. This statue illustrates how he used the land for his attire. A buffalo tooth necklace encircles his neck. Statue is made of resin and has been hand painted.
