Humpback Whale – Gorgeous!

Who wouldn’t want this absolutely gorgeous Humpback Whale statue? It’s just awesome. At 18 inches in height it will command attention. The coloring of the humpback is so good. Remember this whale is first made of resin then electroplated with bronze for this lasting finish. How did the sculptor accomplish this look. The whale has the humpback breaching above the water. 

Customization is possible with a plaque on the round wooden base. So, the plaque doesn’t “pop off” you probably should limit it to 3 inches in length and over 1 inch high.

Adult humpbacks range in length from 39–52 ft and weigh around 28–33 short tons. That’s big!  Many humpbacks migrate long distances. One research study showed a group migrated from the Antarctic to Costa Rica – a distance of over 5,000 miles.
