Debbie painstakingly painted the numbers on each of the red or black spaces. Roulette has been played in its present form since as early as 1796 in Paris. Casino Ca$h is written above the roulette wheel. The slot machine has three 7’s showing. Dollar bills are flying into the air. It’s a view those who play the slots would like to see!
